.Youth, summer and good music

Ourense’s Festival Alternativo da Xuventude, marks the cultural start of summer and the start of the town festival. As its own name indicates, FAX aims at bringing together young audiences around a stage that has seen artists like Los Suaves, Iván Ferreiro, The Gift, Lamatumbá or Amparanoia in previous editions. The seventh edition of FAX will be the third one taking place in Ourense, after previous editions in Xinzo. It is a compulsory event for those who love the latest alternative music.

This year’s FAX presents a program featuring two headliners: The legendary rock band Barricada and one of the current great music sensations in Spain, Muchachito Bombo Inferno. It will be two days on which also a great number of Galician artists will be featured, such as the bands Xtrume and Lamatumbá, plus three of Galicia's best DJs: Dj Flor, El Gran Hombre Dj and Just Freiría Dj. The lineup will be rounded off with the band from Madrid Alamedadosoulna.
